Emmat Medical Ltd will not use chid labour under the age of fifteen. Where national law or regulations permit the employment of work of persons 13 to 15 on light work, Emmat Medical Ltd will not prevent the minor from complying with compulsory schooling or training requirements, or in an environment harmful to health or development.
